Welcome to VoltDial. By creating an account or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, please don't use VoltDial.

1. The service

VoltDial provides a cloud-based business phone system, including local, international and toll-free numbers, auto-attendant, smart routing, recording, cloud PBX and related features. The features available to you depend on your chosen plan.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Billing

• Plans are billed per user, monthly or annually, at the rates on our Pricing page.
• All plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing — you can cancel any time.
• Each new account includes a 14-day free trial; you won't be charged until it ends.
• Unused rollover minutes may carry forward for up to six billing periods, where your plan allows.

4. Number porting

You may port eligible numbers into VoltDial. Numbers may be ported out to another provider after a minimum of 90 days of paid service, subject to applicable regulations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoltDial for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity — including unsolicited bulk calling, harassment, or anything that disrupts our network or harms others.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep VoltDial reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Voice quality also depends on your internet connection, which is outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltDial is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
